Rochester Police are investigating how a 25-year-old city man came to be shot to death on the 200 block of Roycroft Drive. Police identified the victim as Devin Allen-Furtnick. He was shot yesterday evening and was pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
