Rochester Police have identified the man seriously injured in a Sunday afternoon shooting as 35-year-old Antoine Clark of Rochester. Clark was shot on Magnolia Street, then drove himself to Maxwell Avenue where police found him. His condition has been upgraded from critical to guarded at Strong Memorial Hospital. No arrest has been made.

The Southwest Rochester incident happened on Magnolia Street, but police say the victim drove himself to Maxwell Avenue, where they found him. The victim is in critical condition.
