A man was shot to death early Sunday morning in Rochester. Police say they were called to Clairmount Street where they found the man outside a house. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are still working on a positive identification and family notification.
A 16-year-old city resident became the fourth person to be shot in a two-hour period Monday night in Rochester. The shooting happened about 11 p.m. on Arnette Boulevard near Post Avenue. The victim is recovering and police have no arrest to report yet.
