Rochester Police say a car wanted by Monroe County authorities crashed in the City of Rochester on Monday near the corner of Mt Hope Avenue and Westmoreland Drive. The vehicle collided with another car, and the driver fled on foot and was taken into custody on Crittenden Boulevard. The investigation is still underway.
