Rochester Police say they found a 40-year-old woman dead yesterday inside a home at 122 Otis Street. Police were called to the home about 8:30 a.m. for a report of an unresponsive woman. The Medical Examiner’s Office was called in to determine cause of death. The victim’s name is not being released at this time.
Rochester Police have identified the man found shot on Caffrey Place early Tuesday morning as 35-year-old Halston Rogers of Rochester.
