Rochester police say a house at Champlain and Seward Streets was hit by gunfire Sunday night. Officers say a 27-year-old man was inside the house but wasn’t injured. Nobody was hurt on the street when the shots were fired. Police continue to investigate.

Rochester police say gunshots were fired into an apparently vacant house on Glendale Park early Tuesday morning. The shots were picked up by the city’s ShotSpotter system. Police found evidence of gunfire, but nobody was in the house. Police entered and found it vacant. A handgun was found at the scene.
