A Rochester man who was shot and wounded nearly a year-and-a-half ago has died of his injuries. Police say 42-year-old Theo McCullough was shot on Sherman Street on June 4, 2016. He died on Monday after having been hospitalized since then. Police are now investigating the shooting as a homicide.
