Rochester police say a 41-year-old city man was found dead on Second Street between Central Park and Pennsylvania Avenue early Saturday morning. Victim Amos Harring Sr was found about 3:00 a.m. Police say they’re investigating this as a homicide but haven’t said how the victim died.
