Rochester police have now identified the man shot to death early Sunday morning in Rochester as 26-year-old Devin Perryman. Officers responding to a call of shots fired found Perryman dead on Clairmount Street. The investigation is continuing and police are asking anyone with information to call 911.
A man was shot to death early Sunday morning in Rochester. Police say they were called to Clairmount Street where they found the man outside a house. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are still working on a positive identification and family notification.
