A community program once headed by former Rochester City Councilmember Adam McFadden is under audit, as McFadden awaits sentencing on federal fraud charges. The Rochester Area Community Foundation is auditing Quad A for Kids, the program McFadden ran until he was fired last month. The program administers after school activities for city children.
