Council Names PAB

The Rochester City Council on Tuesday night voted to appoint the nine members of Rochester’s new Police Accountability Board. The vote was unanimous. The newly-named PAB will have the authority to review allegations of police misconduct, plus will have a role in writing policy regarding police conduct.
