A 24-year-old Rochester man was shot a number of times Monday  afternoon on Pardee Street…but he’s recovering at Strong Memorial Hospital. Rochester Police say the shooting happened about 1:30 p.m. They tracked a lead to  a house on Farbridge Street where they located several firearms and detained several people who are being interviewed.
