Police in Geneva say a citizen tip led them to arrest a man for selling heroin. The department says they seized a quantity of heroin and more arrests are coming. Geneva Police charged 51-year-old David Guererri with criminal sale of a controlled substance. He’s being held on $2,500 bail.
