A Geneva man has been arrested for animal cruelty after allegedly driving his car into a flock of seagulls, killing two of them. The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says Joel Torrez-Diaz is charged with two counts of deliberately injuring or torturing an animal. The incident happened Sunday at Seneca Foods in Geneva.
