A 27-year-old Canandaigua man has been charged with third degree rape for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a girl under the age of 17, The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says this allegedly happened in 2015. Defendant Lucas Blundell pleaded guilty and will be sentenced on June 26th.
