Abandoned Dogs Seized in Ontario County
The Ontario County Humane Society and Sheriff’s Office have seized two dogs that were left without food or water when their owner went to jail. They charged 48-year-old Amy Tunison of Manchester with failure to care for the Pomeranian and miniature poodle that were left at a home on State Street in the village.
