A massive tree limb fell in Spencerport on Thursday, smashing two cars parked at the Rite Aid on Union Street. The accident about 1:40 pm didn’t injure anybody. Ogden police say both cars were unoccupied at the time.
Ogden police have a man in custody after resolving a situation in Spencerport. Officers cordoned off the area around Evergreen and Amity Streets in the village Tuesday afternoon after a man barricaded himself inside a house. He was taken into custody without incident after a brief standoff. Another person in the home wasn’t hurt.
