A stolen car fleeing up North Clinton Avenue crashed into an apartment building Monday afternoon. Rochester Police say the crash happened about 2:10 p.m. The building was unoccupied and the two people in the car weren’t hurt. The driver and passenger ran, but were quickly caught and arrested. Police still have the incident under investigation.
