A 25-year-old Waterloo man is facing charges of sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child in Wayne County. Deputies say Nicholas Mahar was arrested after an investigation into allegations that minors were being abused at a home in Lyons. The investigation is continuing. Mahar will answer the charges in Lyons Court.
