Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo has named her former spokesman, William Napier, as the new deputy county executive. Brett Walsh is being promoted from chief of staff for the Monroe County Legislature to Dinolfo’s new spokesman. Former Deputy County Exec Justin Roj was asked to resign after admitting his involvement in the ISquare Scandal.
