Maiden Lane Bridge Reopens
The Maiden Lane Bridge near Long Pond Road has reopened after a summer-long construction project. One lane is now open in each direction, and the Town of Greece says the work should be completed soon.
Maiden Lane Bridge to be Replaced
Work begins in two weeks to replace the Maiden Lane bridge over Round Pond Creek. Town officials say the 40 year old bridge failed a recent inspection, showing signs of deterioration. Work will begin July 1st and should be completed by August 31st. The project is being funded by a $1.6 million state grant.
