Livingston County authorities say a Livonia man was arrested on felony charges after being pulled over on South Livonia Road. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says it turned out that David Skinner had 30 revocations or suspensions on his driver’s license. The 57-year-old Skinner was held on $2500 bail.
