Police in Geneva have wrapped up a four-month investigation into heroin dealing on North Street with the arrest of 26-year-old Crystal Seymour. Police say Seymour was dealing heroin in various locations around Geneva. She’s currently charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and more charges are pending. Seymour is being held on $12,500 bail.
