A Hamlin man has been charged by State Police with aggravated sex abuse and unlawful imprisonment of his ex-girlfriend.   The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations in Geneseo says 28-year-old TImothy Smith committed the crimes at his home in Hamlin. He’s being held in the Monroe County Jail on $2,000 bail.
