Firefighters say a woman is dead after a morning fire at the Long Pond Shore Apartments, north of the Lake Ontario State Parkway in Greece. The fire was reported about 6:30 Friday morning.
Greece police are looking into whether a medical issue caused a woman to go off Long Pond Road late Tuesday morning and crash into a utility pole. The driver was alone in the car and was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital. The crash happened about 11:15.
