Gates Police served a search warrant Sunday on Hidden Valley Road, recovering marijuana, concentrated marijuana and prescription pills. They charged 18-year-old Brandon Izzo with criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He’s being held on $1,500 bail pending an appearance in Gates Court.
A Gates man and woman have both been arrested after he called police to report she’d stolen his marijuana.
