Gates Police have charged a 16-year-old with damaging property inside the Chili Avenue Walmart. Police charged 16-year-old Adeosun Hughes with setting a box of furniture on fire. He’s been charged with arson and criminal mischief. Hughes has been arraigned and released to pretrial services.
