Rochester Man Shot
Rochester Police say a 25-year-old city man was shot late last night in an apartment at 311 Frost Avenue. The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and is in stable condition. Police are continuing their investigation.

Rochester Man Indicted in Frost Ave Murder
Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted Kareem Singletary of Rochester on charges of Second Degree Murder and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fatal shooting of Rochelle DeCruz. She was shot in a house on Frost Avenue. The 38-year-old Singletary was arrested soon after.
