Federal prosecutors say a 41-year-old Rochester man has been charged with possessing child porn. The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Scott Wilbert was charged after FBI agents spotted him accessing child pornography online. They seized his computer and discovered explicit photos of young children. Wilbert will be in court October 6th.
