Canandaigua Police have charged an Ontario County man with second degree assault after he allegedly attacked a woman with a reciprocating saw. Police say the victim suffered injuries to her head, leg and arm that required hospitalization. They arrested 36-year-old Anthony Tears. He’s being held pending arraignment.
