A 22-year-old Rochester woman has been arrested on an assault charge after she allegedly stabbed a man early this morning at 777 Avenue D. Police say the 23-year-old man was stabbed in the lower body and taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. They arrested Raiza Santana and charged her with the stabbing.
