A Rochester man has been arraigned on charges connected to last year’s murder of  20-year-old Ashley Arroyo-Bautista, whose body was found in a home on Wilkins Street in Rochester in July of 2016 .   The Monroe County DA’s office says 32-year-old Juan Perez-Flores has been charged with second degree murder and third degree burglary.
