Police in Webster are investigating an incident outside Webster Thomas High School on Thursday afternoon.
Students working on a class project at a creek near Five Mile Line Road say they were approached by a man who drove up in a silver SUV and appeared to be photographing them. When the students yelled at him, the man got back in his car and drove off. The incident was reported to school security.
The man was white, thin, and had brown hair pulled back into a bun.
