The SUNY Geneseo student accused of stealing an ambulance and taking it on a drunken joyride last December will spend his weekends in the Livingston County Jail for the next three months.
Colin Dahlberg was also sentenced to three years’ probation, 200 hours of community service and was ordered to pay a $4,500 fine.
Livingston County District Attorney Greg McCaffrey says this is a fair sentence.
A judge ruled from the bench last week that Dahlberg was NOT guilty of three felonies — but was guilty of five misdemeanors, including obstructing emergency medical services.
