Two people are charged with drug possession after a Livingston County Deputy stopped their car on I-390.
The Mount Morris woman driving the car had a suspended license, and deputies found baggies of heroin and cocaine in the car, plus hypodermic needles. Both Rachel King of Mount Morris and Jose Fernandez of Rochester were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
King was also charged with promoting prison contraband after deputies processing her found her trying to smuggle heroin into the Livingston County Jail.
