The state is reviewing the mental health care a Sweden woman received at Rochester General Hospital in the weeks before her 7-year-old son was killed.
Hanane Mouhib is accused of decapitating her son last week — 10 days after her release from the hospital. Mouhib had called 9-1-1 March 5 and March 8 to report mental health symptoms. She was taken to the hospital after both calls, and was admitted for a time after the second.
The state Department of Health and the Office of Mental Health are looking at the care she received.
