If Rochester and the FInger Lakes Region do get permission to move forward with Phase 3 of reopening on Friday, the businesses and services allowed to open will have guidelines to follow.
The state released them on Tuesday, providing guidance for restaurants, nail salons and spas to reopen.
Restaurants would be able to offer indoor service again, but only at 50 percent capacity and with social distancing in place. Service staff must wear masks and tables have to be six feet apart.
Nail salons will have similar regulations, with customers limited to half normal capacity and staff wearing masks. Physical barriers should be in place between customer service areas.
