New York State Police have charged three juveniles after they staged a deliberate car crash with a pair of stolen Kias.
Troopers saw the two Kias hit each other on Route 96 in Manchester late Tuesday morning. The trooper gave chase when the cars refused to stop until both vehicles became disabled and the occupants were arrested. The three are charged with criminal possession of stolen property and criminal mischief. All three were ordered to appear in Ontario County Family Court.
