Rochester police say a 39-year-old city man was stabbed about 5:15 this morning in the area of Portland kand Clifford Avenues.
Police say the victim was stabbed in the upper body and was taken to the hospital where he is recovering. Nobody is under arrest so far and the investigation continues.
