A 20-year-old Livingston County man is in jail after being arrested on rape charges.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says Kyle LaDue of Springwater was charged with multiple counts including rape, sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child after having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
LaDue is also charged with having similar relationships with two 15-year-old girls and with giving one of the girls marijuana.
He then allegedly violated an order of protection telling him to have no contact with that 15-year-old by trying to send her text messages. That led to contempt of court charges.
LaDue is being held on $5,000 bail.
