Ogden police say neighbors pulled a driver from a burning car, likely saving her life, when the car went off Washington Street and crashed Wednesday morning near Spencerport.
The Spencerport Fire District said it responded along with Gates Ambulance, Ogden Police and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Ogden police say they charged the woman with DWI and failing to wear her seatbelt.
