The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has charged the son of Paul Tucci with possessing child porn…after police stumbled over the porn videos during the investigation of the Craig Rideout murder case.
Deputies have arrested Theodore Tucci…a 19-year-old North Carolina resident who was currently visiting at his father’s home in Perinton. He’s charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child. His father, Paul Tucci, was indicted last week in the murder of Craig Rideout.
A statement from the Sheriff’s Office says its investigators found multiple images and videos of sexual conduct by a child less than 16 years of age. Tucci is being arraigned in Perinton Town Court.
