A Wayne County man has been charged with snowmobiling while intoxicated.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Kristopher Skilins of Williamson was out on state trails before they were opened for the year. When deputies stopped him, they found his blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit.
Skilins was charged with operating on closed property in addition to the snowmobiling while intoxicated charge. He’ll appear in Sodus Town Court.
