Rochester police are investigating after shots were fired at Goodman Plaza off Goodman Street this afternoon (Tue).
Police responding shortly before 5:00 p.m. found two victims; a 32-year-old city woman who was shot in the foot, and a 60-year-old Irondequoit woman whose foot was grazed by a bullet.
Investigators believe the shots were fired by a man standing some distance away. There has been no arrest so far.
