Rochester police have no arrests yet in a late night shooting on the city’s northwest side. A man was shot at least once in the lower body at 27 Rand Street, near Dewey Avenue. The man’s wounds are not life-threatening.
And police have a person of interest in custody after a stabbing on Nelson Street this afternoon. The victim is in stable but serious condition at Strong Memorial Hospital.
