David Seeley-Camp EastmanDemocrats held the Town of Irondequoit, in a race that was still under the shadow of the I-Square scandal from earlier this year.

Supervisor David Seeley says he and Democratic town council members were elected because “they came after Irondequoit, and Irondequoit fought back.”

A county official had told Republican Party Chairman Bill Reilich that the I-Square development had failed to live up to its tax reduction deal. Reilich then used that information in a political piece to slam former Supervisor Adam Bello when he was named County Clerk.

Assistant County Executive Justin Roj was forced to resign and the information turned out to be untrue.
