The second suspect in a bizarre incident at a Seneca County truck stop has now been charged. Lisbeth Collada has been indicted, along with Florida truck driver James Avery, of trying to set a toddler on fire. Deputies found the child covered in a flammable liquid at the truck stop in Tyre where several fires had been set.

They also found a four-year-old locked in a truck cab with head injuries, and rescued him. Both children are expected to make full recoveries after being hospitalized.

The chargesd against Lisbeth Collada include attempted aggravated murder, arson and endangering the welfare of a child. She and Avery are believed to be the children’s parents.
