Rochester Police say there were no arrests when about 30 protesters rallied on the Culver Road Overpass above I-490 late Monday afternoon; half of them opposing opening schools this fall during the coronavirus pandemic, and the other half supporting school reopening.
Police say there were no incidents or arrests as both groups displayed signs and banners stating their positions.
