State Police say one person was taken to the hospital this morning after a school bus collided with a car.
State Police say the crash happened not long after 8:30 at Routes 104 and 414. Troopers say the bus approached the intersection with Route 104 when the driver realized the bus wasn’t going to stop on the snowy road. The bus slid out onto the highway and hit a passing car.
None of the 11 students or the driver on the bus were hurt. The driver of the car suffered facial injuries and was taken to Newark-Wayne Community Hospital for treatment.
The investigation is continuing.
