A Rochester city school bus carrying 24 people collided with a car on a snowy road in Mount Morris yesterday evening….in an accident being attributed to weather and road conditions. Four people were injured.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says they’re still investigating the accident on Route 408, the Mount Morris-Nunda Road. The driver of the car…a 33-year-old woman…was taken to the hospital as were three teens who were passengers on the bus. All suffered relatively minor injuries.
A Rochester City School District spokesman says the teens are city students, and are out of the hospital. He says the bus was carrying an indoor track team from Edison Tech, on their way home from a meet at Houghton College.
